Bulk Add QoS Rules

There's a nice list of Rapidshare IPs that a gentleman compiles every night available at http://www.uebi.net/howtos/rapidshare-networks.htm .
However, adding any of the lists to the QoS rules on Gargoyle seems like a long ordeal.
Is there any way to add lists of comma seperated cidr ips? i.e. 62.140.10.0/24, 62.140.31.0/24, 62.140.7.0/24 ?
