I have not tried it, but I would simply write 192.168.1.3-192.168.1.15 (no spaces and the complete IP addresses).

Umm... trying to foward the same port to multiple IPs is nonsensical. Given an outside connection how would the router decide which of the internal IPs to forward the connection to? It just doesn't make sense...

Record 192.168.1.3-192.168.1.15 is not available - limiting the length of the window record.

Eric
Why is the range IP does not make sense?
for example:
for all clients with addresses 192.168.1.3-192.168.1.15
open a single port 42355 - for the game.
How do I do?

@Eric
I was not awake.

@Tverts
This is port forwarding, not firewall settings.
