I think I have an ip conflict on my network - a device somewhere is requesting a static 192.168.1.X address that is conflicting with another device or request. The Linksys router only reports the IP addresses it issues, not the static IP addresses requested by devices.

Will Gargoyle report ALL IP leases incluing dynamic and static addresses no matter how they were requested or processed by the DHCP?

It will report a list of all dhcp leases and it will also list hosts with active connections. If there's a host with a static ip that doesn't have any active connections to/through the router you won't see it.
