Possible to access an EthoA bridged modem?

Hi,

Not sure if this should go here or in the hardware section. Hope it's ok here.

I have a TP-1043ND with Gargoyle 1.5 installed which is linked to a TP TD8616 modem. The modem has stats on the link to the ISP. Can I access it from the gargoyle router anyhow?

I have seen posts relating to configuring the modem to have a separate subnet etc but they all seem to be referring to PPPoE/oA not specifically ETHoA.

I have seen that I have eth0.2 has the WAN IP and that br-lan has the local IP.

The default on the modem when not connected is 192.168.1.1 and using private address on the laptop I can see the web page for the modem. I think I did have stats connecting the laptop directly with static IP and connecting to the ISP, so I believe the web page and stats should be accessible via the router if I can configure the correct path.

Do I need to set the modem to have an IP of say 10.26.10.1 and configure a route to that on the router. If so, how do I do that?

Thanks for the help.

PS Installing Gargoyle was a breeze and works a treat
