IPTables? How..

Hi,
I was looking around to see how to block chat in gmail and found this ..
iptables-I FORWARD-d talkgadget.google.com-p tcp-j REJECT
I downloaded PUTTY, but I do not know step by step which commands to use to add this rule.
I'm still using Gargoyle 1.3.13 because it ran best.
Could someone assist me step by step instructions?
