I think that one option is missing and would be useful, a list of MAC addresses that are allowed to connect so that other MACs not in the list won't be allowed to connect. For exemple you can make a list of allowed MAC addresses (all other MAC addresses will be rejected) then you assign a static ip address to the specified MAC address and assign restrictions. When a person will try to change the MAC of his Ethernet card he can't no more get an active connection and bypass the restrictions. It's also useful when bridging a wifi connections and on the other side there's a computer connected by wire to the AP Router on one of it's ports.

Yes but first you must know what to spoof I mean which mac address to choose for spoofing. If you chose for example in this case a mac address not in the list it won't help because there will be no connection
