Help me configure QoS

Hello

I recently saw this whole Gargoyle thingie and i knew its ment for me. I have TP-Link router model: TL-WR74ND and i need help with configuring QoS for hosts. I have 4 students in the house and they are friving me nuts because all this downloading movies thing. :oops: Please help me configure it right.

Yeah i really want to make my QoS working but as i said i really dont have any experiances in things like that so i would appriciate if someone would lead me trough steps. Thanks
