How to merge Gargoyle 1.15 with the 19.07.8 source code?

No idea why the src download has disappeared, please open an issue on GitHub and tag @ericpaulbishop.

You can’t integrate 1.15 changes back that far easily, the code does not backport cleanly. Primarily we have switched to nftables instead of iptables.
