Hello everyone,

I successfully installed gargoyle on a linksys wrt54gs router using the bin image with no issues. The router is configured for pppoe connection thorough the wan port with correct credentials. I cannot get the pppoe connection to work (no wan ip assigned) and i realized that whenever I plug the router into the phone jacket, i loose tonality on my handset phone. My phone line goes back on when I unplug the router.

Any ideas guys, I appreciate a lot your help.

Bizzare, on the internet I found that this model should connect behind a modem but in fact the internet port I have (wan) is an rj11 portI can't plug an Ethernet rj45 cable inside? Any ideas?

My apologies, in fact the wan port is an Ethernet rg45!
