What torrent client can I use under gargoyle that has WEB interface?
Or is it possible to use docker with gargoyle?

You can install transmission.
Configuration is manual, it is not officially supported as a plugin for Gargoyle.

Anyone got to install a torrent client and able to run within the router with say a connected HDD?
