Unless I am blind, I cannot seem to find an image of 1.14 for a Linksys WRT1900AC V2, there seems to be one for 1.13.

Seems like the latest Openwrt does support it, or am I mistaken?

Ok I have tried the 1.15 beta, I like that I can finally log into Internode without trying to work out how to add the WAN VLAN tag into the Network text file. It's also interesting how much simpler the text file is.
Wondering if upgrading to the final will require not keeping settings.
Also I notice the the temps in the status no longer have values for the ram and wifi. Where as my WRT1900 AC with 1.12 on it had them.
EDIT:
Had more of a play around with it, Openvpn does the same thing, as my 1.12 version, I have to edit the config to make it work.
I also noticed the Tor function is missing, checked the 1.14 router and it was still on that one. Searched the release notes and learnt that it was dropped, but is supposedly still available as a plugin. So I tried to find it in the plugins, but it doesn't come up after a refresh, are the plugins disabled in the beta versions, by any chance?

The final version will hopefully be config compatible but it depends what other work I do that may change that.

Can you post the value of
cat /tmp/sysinfo/model

And
find /sys/class/hwmon

Please remind me what changes you have to make to the OpenVPN config to make it work?

Tor is available to install (I have not personally tested it yet). You need to add my website as a plugin repository. For your device you need both of the below

Code: Select all

https://lantisproject.com/gargoyle_custom/1.15.x_2305_test_builds/mvebu/default_kernelspecific

I have pushed a commit to fix OpenVPN connections with more recent versions of OpenVPN client.
https://github.com/ericpaulbishop/gargo ... 89349080ab

While it may complain about some of the other options, it currently safely ignores them.
