Just a quick question. I am sure that this was already been asked but I only need clarification.

Question: If I created a quotas for specific IP, is it possible that someone can consume your allocated bandwidth if he set his device IP same as yours? If yes, how we can prevent it?

Yes that can happen.
The solution is to use the Enforce DHCP Allocation function.

Be aware that unless you’re running the most recent versions there were some bugs with that function.
