Hi
I have a transmission problem.
As soon as the download starts, it stops immediately, because I don't think it can write to the disc.
I am using gargoyle version 1.12 on an x86 machine.
It was working fine before, I didn't change anything in the configuration.
When I right-click on the torrent and select the "open folder contents" option, it says "path not found".
The comment on the torrent file says "read only file system"
Transmission error

Re: Transmission error
Did you create a writable storage space for the torrents? By default x86 installations don’t grow to the full disc size.
You may have filled the root partition and forced it into read only mode at a guess.

Re: Transmission error
The system is on a different drive than the torrent downloads. This happened suddenly, I didn't change anything.
The torrent folder can be written via FTP, NFS sharing.
Only the transmission cannot write to the disk.

Re: Transmission error
Sounds like you might need to look into the transmission error then.
It isn’t officially supported by Gargoyle so I can’t offer much advice sorry.

Re: Transmission error
Had a power outage? "read only file system" sounds like said filesystem has corruption of some sort that precludes mounting it read-write. Not unusual with unclean shutdowns.
Re: Transmission error
The download path was wrong.
Thanks for the help.
