After update; version number wrong?

Hi,
Early this morning I updated the Gargoyle firmware on my Netgear WNDR3700v2 from version 1.4.0 to version 1.4.2.
The settings after the update were the default ones, as mentioned upon starting the firmware upload. After restoring the previously backed-up settings, the Status / Overview page says the version number is 1.4.0. A glitch in the system maybe? How do I check that it is indeed version 1.4.2 that's running on my router now?
