Looks like progress is being made over at OpenWRT.org on this router see https://dev.openwrt.org/ticket/6580
Once the support is released in OpenWRT then a plan can be made on support in Gargoyle. But I would think this is still a ways off.
So I would say the answer is yes Gargoyle will support this router at some unknown point in the future.
