after flash the g-router with the new 1.4.1 i can't conect the router to the pc

What operating system are you using on your PC?
What IP address are you using for your router?
Is the IP address on your PC manually or through DHCP?

i using window 7 and the ip that a try for conect the router is 192.168.1.1

is showing the router conect to the pc but when i put the 192.168.1.1 the ie can't conect

Try in your network and sharing center to identify your network.
I guess that you have tried to restart your computer, Windows Vista/7 are not always happy when there have been made changes to the network settings.
