Repeater--Local hotspot

First off, i want to say i am in no way trying to steal any wifi. Ok, here is what i am trying to do. I work at an airport and we have T-mobile hotspot here that we pay for individually. The problem is is that the signal in the lower levels of our shop is horrible. So i want to set up a repeater to extend the signal to those spaces. I still want it to where every person that logs in gets their IP from the main T-mobile router so that have to login with their paid account info. The problem is, i dont have any info about the main AP. And i am sure T-mobile would not give me that info. Is there a way to do this?

Only possible way for that to work is if the repeater becomes
a client of the T-Mobile router, which would mean knowing
the main connection info of the t-mobile router.

What may also work, everybody chip in for another account
for the repeater. You use that login/password for the repeater,
then the rest should be able to use the repeater to login to their
individual accounts. Hopefully these are un-limited data?

OK, if i log in to Tmobile with my account, it gives me an ip address of let's say 10.224.100.130. Is it possible that the main router gateway ip is 10.224.100.1?? Or is that a huge guess? I'm running fine as a gateway( access point) which is boosting our signal down here, but its only one login and everyone can use it.

How do i go about getting the Bridge IP, Subnet Mask and Gateway IP to connect via client bridge and use the repeater? If i connect to T-mobile AP directly on my laptop, is there anything like ipconfig that would give me that info?
