I have the latest gargoyle_1.3.16-brcm47xx-squashfs.trx firmware on my Linksys WRT54GL. I want to use WDS. I did set wireless mode AP+WDS, but I can't add any MAC address (Other WDS MAC Addresses).

WDS is not working. I can see the Other WDS MAC Addresses box but if I type MAC of the other router and click on the 'Save Changes' button, the new MAC address is gone. It's not saving anything.
What's wrong?
What must type in to the wireless file?

same problem here. When i enter the mac address of the wds node, it appear in the box, but then when I saved it just goes somewhere else...

Using Gargoyle 1.4.4 on a WRT54GL I'm having the same problem that there is no way to register "Other WDS MAC addresses". It simply drops the value entered and goes back where we started.

I'm trying to connect the WRT54GL with Gargoyle as the AC/router and an inherited Comtrend HG536+ with native firmware as the repeater. WPA2-PSK...

The Comtrend sees the WRT54GL but not vice-versa.

First post here - just like to say Gargoyle looks a great project, thank you. I've been using it for about 12 months since OpenWrt with Xwrt project seems to have died - many posts lost to posterity there. It seems very slick.

And, just confirming this bug in 1.4.7 on wrt54gl, which seems a regression since mid-2009, see here:

Still not work for me in wds and client mode. Can be used only with hardware mac. Anyone know how to fix this?
