Hello,

I have dificult issue. I have 1043nd with newest gargoyle.
I switched to luci and everything was ok.
Next I switched back to gargoyle and now I can't login to root with any password.
What can I do with it?

Can you TFTP recover the router?

Or you might need serial access to re-flash.

Both Gargoyle and OpenWRT have a failsafe mode you can activate.

Follow the instructions on the OpenWRT wiki to get into failsafe
and then re-flash the firmware and allow it to reset to defaults.

Once thats done, you can putty in (not SSH!) and change the
password with the "passwd" command via command line.
