Is there any step-by-step tutorial how to install working DLNA server (e.g. minidlna,..) on Gargoyle firmware (WR1043ND router)?

That should work for you

All command line though - no GUI

If you want a GUI interface, you'd have to create your own plugin
for Gargoyle and then it could show in the GUI
