TP-LINK 741ND - Slowing Download Speed

I have strange problem with Gargoyle at TP-Link 741ND, gragoyle nr 1.3.14 ar71xx - download speed slows down continously - each second download is slower. At the beginning of downloading 120MB file I'm downloading at 210 Kbps but at the end 30-20Kbps. So this file is downloaded in ~1h instead of few minutes when I plug WAN cable to my PC 
Anyone can help me? I cannot download although my connection is quite OK without router. With original firmware it was no such problems.
I have quotas and QoS disabled (if enabled - is even worse).
I don't know what to do :/ Please help.
