As I wrote, the whole configuration is done manually via ssh and does not exist in the Gargoyle GUI (advanced user) - if you want seamless setup via the GUI, you must use OpenWrt with the LuCI GUI.
Even my setting is not 100%. Google (youtube) changes ad servers quite often, so I accepted that. Adblock from OpenWrt captures enough ads and the adblock list is extraordinarily large, my settings also block malware (domain) and other things.
