IP/MAC Bandwidth limiter?

Hello! I would like to ask if the Gargoyle interface contains an option for limiting the internet speed (download or upload) for a specific user in my network (based on his IP address, LAN port number or MAC address).

This feature is found in the paid version of DD-WRT, and in Tomato for free.
Please see this link: http://www.easyzonecorp.net/network/view.php?ID=891

So is there any way (using Gargoyle) to limit speed (shape bandwidth) for every specific user in the network.

Finally, I would like to thank everybody working on this project (the Gargoyle interface) for their hard and valuable work.

Yes. You can set up QoS to do this (Firewall/Qos Upload and Firewall / QoS Download). You have to specify an IP (right now MAC address matching is not supported), but you can set a static IP for a MAC address in the connection/dhcp section.
