Is it possible to add user with only wiew for web interface`?
I would like users to wiev bandvidth distribiution without posibility to change settings. Diffrent password than admin.

No that is not possible with Gargoyle today. It would need modifications to the UI and some backend code.

In general, OpenWrt (and therefore Gargoyle) is a single user system.

Individual users can see any quotas assigned to them and their current usage from the main login screen without having to login.
