I cannot tell when such a build will land. The thread with this name has 100s of post but no update on timing.

Love gargoyle but would like some be features in 19.07. namely AWS green grass compatible.

You can have it today if you build from the master branch.
I don't have a timeline either. I merged in a large feature (IPv6 support) which isn't quite done and when it is then i will ask Eric about a release.
