hi , my statics ips start from 192.168.1.20 until 192.168.1.80

but in B/W Distribution In addition of my ips from 20 until 80
shows ips 22.7.70.42 or 10.86.87.42 or..

What's the problem ؟

It looks like you have another gateway with a DHCP server in your network (ADSL, WiFi router, ...). This is a bad configuration of your network, where there are more internets on one network.
