hello,

i've recently upgraded to 1.12 - clean install, didn't preserve settings.

activated "openVPN Server" and waited for encryption setup to complete.

added a client and tested from my phone - connects to server but cannot get any webpages. can access router login page though. I've done this multiple times on 1.10 and it worked no problem.

can anyone offer any advice as to how to get it working please?

What type of phone? Did you try with "clients prefers vpn gateway"?

Android phone sorry I didn't have more info when I posted that, I've since solved it by adding a static route from 10.8.0.1/24 to 192.168.1.1. I did try vpn_gateway but it didn't make any difference.


Reconnected using same credential file (single .ovpn) and it connected first time.
I'm getting significantly better throughput than when I was on 1.10.
Don't know if that's the new firmware or maybe new ovpn software?

Spend a few hours reconfiguring after upgrade and I'm very happy with it so far
