I have a TP-Link WR1043nd router, I updated it to the latest firmware:

I connected via SSH, I try to install the igmpproxy package from the repository, I get the following ...

I waited a very long time, but then nothing happens ..... Is something wrong? Please help in solving this problem.

Not enough room left on the flash drive?

Try mount a USB flash drive for more space?

Is it possible your router crashed and rebooted during installation? Those models run out of RAM easily.
You can try again and observe the router or the uptime.

You Can also try downloading the package directly to your router and installing it from RAM.

Next time, don't post the same topic twice in two locations...

Tried to install this package from the flash itself.... the result is the same (((

There 's enough RAM. There are no failures. The package weighs only 16 KB. I don 't know what the problem is.

And installation of plugins takes place without any problems.

In installation time no failures and resets were observed.

Take a deep breath, and wait for some replies. Perhaps someone needs to do a bit of thinking before coming back to you.

I've tried this on my own router, and it works fine.
All i can suggest is that you
1. reboot the router
2. open a second terminal and issue "logread -f". This will spit out all log info to this terminal.
3. Then try to install the package.

Watch in the logging terminal for any out of memory (oom) killer's flagging or anything else suspicious.

I don't see any reason this shouldn't work, except for an out of memory situation.

Ok, I'll try to do as you advise. Maybe I should reflash the router to version 12 to eliminate crashes and failures? Is it possible that I installed a theme in a web browser and therefore there was a mismatch?

Today I decided not to reset the settings, but rebooted the router, logged in via SSH, launched two opkg update and opkg install igmpproxy commands, the package downloaded and installed. I rebooted the router again, WiFi disappeared, I had to send it to reboot again. In general, the package is installed, all the necessary files for configuration are available. I will try to configure IPTV. Thank you for your help and advice.
