Hi
Please see below table
I have 24 Mbit connection in front of the gargoyle router. (TP-LINK 1043 v1)

Unstable speedtest download result. Even from wired connection. But there is no any problem upload speed.

When I connect to ISP modem there is no any problem. But from gargoyle side there is.

What should I do. Is WAN side on ethernet broken ?

Please test only over Ethernet to compare results.
Can you present the same data from that perspective?

Is it DSL?
If so, I'd start with checking DSL attainable rates on your modem.

No. Not DSL , Fiber Connection. I changed the fiber modem ,no sollutions.

I see a problem in TP-Link TL-WR1043 v1, insufficient RAM + weak CPU. It has been dealt with many times on the forum.
