how to reconfigure Gargoyle XFTA wireless router

I have a Gargoyle XFTA Dongle wireless router IEEE 802.11G
I want to reconfigure this to a REPEATER, as it is said it can also be used as a repeater.
I need step-by-step instructions on how to do that.
Please advise asap

From my understanding XFTA run a really old custom gargoyle firmware.
Eric does not even remotely support XFTA devices.
From my understanding XFTA devices are designed decode encrypted TV signals (copyright infringement)?

The contact page from the site holds the official stance on XFTA devices (which I wasn’t aware of until now).

They are not officially supported, and questions are ignored regarding these devices specifically.
