access different subnet in gargoyle

i have 2 wireless/wired networks, one unprotected and unlimited for normal users(192.168.1.1) and one timelimited and pihole protected for my kids.
I want the 192.168.0.1 router to be avle to acces local networks on the 192.168.1.1 range.
How can i achieve that?
In gargoyle i already set subnetmask to 255.255.0.0, but no luck yet

What hardware do you have or intend to get?
This is easy with 3 routers
Not easy on a single router

yes, i have 2 routers
one from my ISP(cannot change too much things)
and one 1043ND as second AP
I want the 1043 to be able to access the network on the 1st router, but from a different subnet
