Dynamic DNS

I really need help quickly here because I have a teenager in the house who is visiting inappropriate sites (according to the Web Monitor). I have an OpenDNS account and set up a dynamic DNS account also through OpenDNS. Nothing is getting blocked though.
I think I need to put the OpenDNS nameservers into the firmware someplace, but where? On the BASIC page under Local Network I see where I can choose OpenDNS servers for the DNS server but it still doesn't work.
