Simple QOS

Hi,
I am sure QOS of gargoyle can do crazy deep stuff but it is not so easy to understand particularly when you just want to do an "easy" stuff:
I just want to give maximum priority to spotify traffic or to a specific IP (a chromecast playing spotify), whatever is the easiest to setup.
What would be the easiest way to achieve this??
