I have three SSIDs - 2.4GHz, 5Ghz and guest.

I'd like to assign different quota policies to devices that are not using known MAC addresses, based on which SSID they log in through.

I can assign quota by IP. Is there a way that I can use different IP ranges for each WiFi SSID?

Easy solution is to get two routers

No doubt you would be able to do something via command line if you want to go in that direction.
