QoS not detecting ports

Hi everyone, I'm trying to get QoS working on a TP-LINK MR-3420 V2, to get decent internet speed to play CS:GO. The problem i need to solve, is that upload QoS works just fine, but download QoS doesn't. It just don't do nothing at all. I've 6mb download and 0.5mb upload.
