Hi there, is there anyone who can help me how to set non-renewable quotas (validity of quota) for example if a client is allotted 5GB data for 15 days it should not be renewed after 15 days, as it happened now on gargoyle, it should be manually renewed. i haven't seen this function there in gargoyle.

I don't think you can do it out of the box

Gargoyle is not really set up for a ticket type of system.

Its more for a flat situation where each person gets so much data per months etc
