1.9.2 firmware and MBIM modem support

I'm on 1.9.1, noticed 1.9.2 includes MBIM class modem support. My internet connection is currently via WiFi-as-WAN, and while it has been fine as-is I am curious about using USB instead for this. For that matter, I currently get close to 100mbit down and 16mbit up using current config and I am not even sure wired thru USB would be better or not. Is there somewhere that I can find a list of supported modems?
