data usaged showing while device turn't off

Hi, I would like to know how my router is showing bandwidth usaged while my device is powered down ( turn't off )..
I have 2 routers, one is a R6300v2 which has the AP Mode enabled and my 2nd router WR1043NDv1 as the defaut.
I have assigned static IP addresses to all devices on my network through the DHCP..
So on my phone i am looking at the B/W Distribution page on the router while my phone was not showing any usaged, but my other device which was turn't off completely was still showing some kind of bandwidth distribution..
Anyone have any advice on this?
