some fixes for display of bandwidth interface

I have setup a client bridge and all is working fine.
On the first router i have a DHCP address reservation for the bridge to access the second router(bridge) GUI's.
If i reboot the first router all client's on the bridge running fine but i can not access second router GUI.
When i reboot the second(bridge) router then i can access the GUI again.

Upgraded Archer c7 v2 from 1.9x Jan-27 and PRESERVED SETTINGS. All worked fine... until I changed the DNS dropdown option from ISP provided servers to OpenDNS servers (I was just curious about previous issues with this). Internet went down and the GUI was inaccessible, no ping replies.

Recovery was only possible with telnet option, and not the firstboot -y option (just hung). the rm -r /overlay/* command was successful. overwrote some backed up files (QOS settings, MAC to IP, IP to Name etc). redid the basics page manually. All working perfectly for the last 24 hours (through an auto-reboot in the middle of the night).

Installed on a WRT1900ac v1, did not work at first, install from factory firmware. I think my torrent file download did not actually download anything after checking it was all 0kb. Got file from Lantis site and all is fine now, restored settings from Feb 24th release.
