I've managed to add a service limiting QOS to 1.5mbs and only applying to a particular destination IP which works perfectly However I have noticed any other IP which has no particular rule applied in QOS seems to limit me to about 3mbs, if I turn off QOS i get the full 5mbs of my connection. Is this normal overhead?

Did you set the speed of your connection further down the page? Or leave it st the default 3mbps?

Just found it! Set total bandwith a bit higher then my connection, works perfectly thanks
