Question: When upgrading from one 1.9.X build to the next, is it OK to preserve settings or should it be a fresh install every time?

New kernel version. I personally wouldn't but you can.

Hi All, I know this is a very old post, but I'm wondering if this was solved. I'm seeing a similar issue on the same hardware. My issue is a bit odd in that this was working fine on 1.10 and then stopped working. I updated to 1.12 and its still not working. Like this post, I'm just getting no data in the Active Congestion Control section.
