Unable to reprioritise Classification Rule

It seems that I am unable to reprioritise a Classification Rule for both QoS (Upload) and QoS (Download), it is only the first entry that seems to be "stuck" in the top spot on both pages. That is, Destination Port: 80, Connection bytes: 1024 kBytes for upload and Source Port: 80, Connection bytes: 1024 kBytes for download.

I can neither move the top entry down nor budge the top entry down by moving other entries up (in order to try to take it's place in the top position).

I am trying to put a Bittorrent rule in both Upload and Download as #1 as my traffic is being recognised as "Normal" traffic when I want it to be "Slow".

Any suggestions?

I promise you we have been very busy since July 2016.
From what i remember, i actually fixed the bug you are describing in August last year.

That is the latest "Official" Experimental build.
However, almost weekly updates are done and released by community members.

The latest community release based on last weeks code. Since this release, one new DDNS provider was added.
