Have :

trying to install theme plugin, so did in putty with ssh , opkg update:

root@Gargoyle:~# opkg update

all went good, next to get the theme plugin:

root@Gargoyle:~# opkg install plugin-gargoyle-theme-by-matei
ERROR: Dependency libc of package plugin-gargoyle-theme-by-matei cannot be found, try updating your package lists

What is going on here ?

2 things.

1. Always install plugins via the GUI so that all of the necessary gargoyle scripts run. If you must use the CLI we can have a chat about the correct syntax
2. What router do you have? If it's a router with 4MB of flash, plugins are disabled to improve stability on devices which are really just not big enough.

are plugins available in older versions, such as 1.6.x for a 4 mb router?
