Bandwidth graph empty

Hi,

new to this so apologies if im missing something very obvious.

using archer c7 v2 with 1.9.1.

the bandwidth graphs are empty even though im currently streaming?

any help appreciated

Empty as in blank? Or just very little data flowing?

If blank, reboot or save your connection settings again (basically anything to reboot the firewall).
If little data, we need details of your connection setup

hi, Blank as in nothing.

current set up is C7 acting as a access point only, DHCP disabled on it.
connected to BT Business HUB via 1 of the LAN ports. most clients are connected to 5GHz network.

Your network setup sounds like you aren't utilising the firewall/WAN.

Can you please provide additional setup details (screenshot of connection basic).

Data must traverse the WAN/firewall to be monitored.

Hi, thanks for response, yes correct im not using the WAN port on the C7. is that the only way to show that? have the C7 as the primary connection to the ISP? another question slightly of topic, does this mean the QOS settings wont be applied?

It doesn't need to be the primary connection (you can cascade them) but not with LAN connection. That just makes it a glorified switch with an antenna.

Correct, quotas qos restrictions etc do not work in this configuration
