For the last 3 builds, the QOS distribution graph is not displayed after the upgrade (have to reset the graph).

How do you do that? I noticed that too, but it showed up automatically some time later, though come to think of it, I may have had to reboot.

Regarding the upgrade, is the "Upgrading, please wait" (or whatever the phrase is) ever actually supposed to change? I've let it go quite a long time, upwards of 10 minutes, and it didn't. Meanwhile, the router had been back up and running for a long time, as I could see by having Internet back and simply opening another tab. I understand that you wouldn't want the page refreshing prematurely, but there must be a way for it to detect the situation a little better, or at all.

Does anyone think it would be a good idea to have the kernel version and OpenWRT build in Status/Device?

Just needs the firewall restarted. It's a bit hit and miss.
Rebooting router fixes.
No idea of cause because it's intermittent. I haven't seen it in these 3 updates but I've seen it previously.

It auto checks either 2 or 5 minutes after upgrade. Or at least it should

Is there a way to download the new firmware without using a torrent? It seems to be blocked by the ISP here (4G wireless connection). Preferably a single file for the Archer C7 only.
If not, I'll have to postpone updating and testing to next weekend :-(

I try to mirror the files as soon as possible.

Preferably people still use the torrent for fairness, but if you can't, it's there :)

Thank You Very Much!

I've got the torrent running, but at my other place. I've been uploading 8 to ten times times the download size for most of the last year's builds, too, but this time around timing was simply inconvenient.

Ektus.

Installed it over Gargoyle-Ispy January 19th, 2017 with preserving settings on my Archer C7 V2. Looks good so far, it's still working :-)

One thing: In Firewall settings, I've got a restriction for one of my network cameras. It shouldn't phone home, so I've set a rule to block outgoing UDP connections from its IP. The rule is active and seems to be working, but if I edit the rule, the dialogue doesn't show the current settings but the defaults.

Regards
Ektus.

Does Web Usage Monitor get enabled for anyone upon upgrade if it was previously disabled?
