Hi, am looking to implement a schedule and time limit or quota in my office.

For example: employee or customer may access internet during 9am - 5pm, but only for 2 hours (accumulative) for the whole day during those specified time.

Hope to hear from anyone with this experience.

There is no such thing as an "accumulative time" quota in gargoyle. Only accumulative data.
You can restrict it to certain hours, but not to an aggregate of time spent on the network.
