I have a running 1043 TpLink with 1.9.1.

I would like to create a guest network but with limits (in terms of speed and quota).

Can someone explain how can I setup the limits part?

I don't have anything else beside the normal wifi connection.

I would like to know how to implement the part of speed limit and quota for the guest network
