I'm just setting up my new WR1043ND with Gargoyle 1.8.1.

Interested to explore the other themes, that I see have screenshots in the online documentation.

Whats the process/command for selecting them within the gargoyle admin UI?

If you install a theme from the System->Plugins menu, a new menu item System->Themes will appear which will allow you to change between them as you please.
