I can also confirm that my Brother HL-L2360D also does not work on a 1.11.X (Built 20180711-0822 git@610581e) on a C7 v2
It appears to be a software/firmware problem

How far do you want to go with this project?
The next move is to install Openwrt then follow this procedure

Gargoyle is a GUI for openwrt
if openwrt also does not work the problem is upstream

Next problem. After installing Gargoyle on D-link DAP-1350, I can't change the firmware to either Openwrt or the factory D-link. Stitching as usual. The LAN LED on the router blinks for 1-2 seconds and lights up constantly. Nothing's happening. I go in the IP: 192.168.1.1 and I see the Gargoyle in the old configuration. Rebooting doesn't help. Resetting the default does not help either. Maybe what the trick is?

Upgrading OpenWrt
If you have already installed a version of openwrt and you wish to upgrade your installation
uploaded the new firmware from the LAN with 'scp openwrt-*-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin root@192.168.1.1:/tmp/'.
flash it on the router with 'sysupgrade /tmp/openwrt-*-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin'.

If all else fails
The DAP-1350 has a special D-Link firmware mode that runs a HTTP server on 192.168.0.50 for uploading new firmware. If you get locked out and/or brick your device, you can get into this mode by holding down the reset button for 30-45 seconds while booting the device. Note that the IP of the server it runs is 192.168.*0*.50.

Installed OpenWrt. Installed the p910nd Print Server as described on the link
https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/ser ... nterserver does Not print. In OpenWrt it is not visible at all that is connected to USB. I'm upset.

Then the issue is likely a lack of Linux driver support.

You mean driver for the actual printer.
Your suggesting some printers will work?
