Yesterday I tried this one:
ftp://artekw.cerbero.pl/openwrt/gargoyl ... pgrade.bin on my wr1043nd and I don't see any cute webinterface thingies allowing to choose 3g modem as wan interface.
P.S. There are strings about GSM modem detecting in dmesg, but after playing with network and chat configs, I wasn't able to make it work.
Is it possible to obtain ready-to-use image for 1043nd with 3G modem support configurable via webinterface?

Hi, i want to try 3g support on wrtsl54gs, the question is on last version (1.3.13) 3g support works out of the box on all usb enabled router or only on certain models/version? And in this case what are compatible 3g models? I know it's quite an esistential question, but it's totally unclear how 3g support has been developed...

From my undersatnding "Gargoyle" does not yet support 3g. Users have made a custom mod to gargoyle (Topic of this thread).
The build I was using worked but the router was a bit unstable if you tried to make router config changes
If you left the router alone 3g would keep working
